In order to be connected to IP-TV, it is necessary to get user's device Set-Top-Box.
Set-Top-Box can be acquired from ULTEL for 150 AZN.

ADSL modem on customer side must support connection to the IP-TV service. Below you can see ADSL modems, recommended by ULTEL*:
